The idea of the Space Pearls game is inspired by classic spaceship games like Asteroids. I always wanted to do a game like this, but I also wanted to add a new idea to the game: What if there are not only asteroids and meteors that you have to destroy, but also things that you have to find and collect?
That is how the Space Pearls idea was born: Now there will be also the valuable space pearls that you have to find and transport back to a space portal to beam it back to your galaxy where it will be sold for a lot of money.

The catching the pearls is actually the most fun part: You have to hit them with an anchor and chain them to your spaceship. It will be quite tricky to bring it back to the portal because especially big pearls will be quite heavy and it is pretty dificult to steer them into the portal.
Last not least all the movements, collisions etc. is done with the help of physics engine (box2D) so the gameplay feels pretty realistic.

There are 50 levels with increasing difficulty. The first level is still easy, but at about level 5 things start to get nasty 😛 …level 50 is almost impossible 😀 …actually reaching it is super-challenging, too. Are you brave enough to try your space adventure? Then download the app at Google Play:
